A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic  Logistics Manager (Events) to join one of our successful teams who will be integral to delivering an ongoing programme for a luxury automotive client. This role is based in our offices in Coventry. 

Reporting into Logistics Lead, we’re looking for someone with proven experience of managing all aspects of assigned project execution including supplier and 3rd party management.

The role will involve the successful candidate will lead on a diverse range of projects, from high-profile global media launches to international drive programmes. The role will have a client facing element; maintaining and building client relationships as part of excellent service is fundamental to this account. 

Examples of skills required

  • Both assisting & leading on launch event projects from initial brief, research, budgeting, 3rd party management, to site inspections, onsite delivery and reconciliation.
  • Incentive travel and Sponsorship events would be beneficial along with hotels, venues, caterers, transportation, entertainers etc.
  • Must be able to communicate well and build relationships with clients, other departments / colleagues and have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Good budgetary and commercial skills (demonstrable MS Excel experience)
  • Experience of delegate management systems
  • Exposure to 3rd party supplier management: promotional staff, DMC’s, venue contracts etc.
  • Fluency in additional European Languages would be a significant benefit
