Imagination has an established and mapped core process system to ensure the smooth running of all projects, the delivery of customer satisfaction and the building of strong client relationships. Imagination’s six stage project management process - Our Way - encompasses all the elements necessary to ensure projects are correctly managed and delivered - from the development of the initial brief through to delivery and final invoicing. Clients are encouraged at every stage to participate, review and comment on all aspects of the project.

In this way, we ensure that safeguards are in place to facilitate innovative yet practical creative solutions, focused communication and consistently high levels of client satisfaction.

Imagination is certificated to the ISO 14001 Environmental Management standard in Europe to a level appropriate to the nature and scale of its organisation and activities with the aim of effectively managing and reducing the impact of our business processes on the environment worldwide. The Environmental Policy evidences senior management’s commitment to protecting the environment, reducing waste, meeting our contractual and compliance obligations, and working with interested parties including clients, suppliers, local authorities, local communities and our staff.

Imagination was first certificated to the ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management Standard in September 2016. The company’s Integrated Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and now ISO 27001 is intended to inspire confidence within Imagination that the company can articulate and demonstrate industry best practice when responding to client needs.

Certification to ISO 27001 provides assurance within the company, and to clients and partners that the confidentiality, integrity and availability of their information will be managed appropriately. It ensures that information security decisions and investments are based on risk assessment of the relevant assets. It re-enforces the company’s ongoing ability to meet contractual commitments through appropriate business continuity plans.

Imagination’s Integrated Management System takes into account business and regulatory requirements, and contractual security obligations. It is designed to raise the awareness of all employees and relevant contractors so they can identify and fulfil contractual, legislative and company specific security management responsibilities.
